The price displayed in the shop is not the final price. The final calculation will be made after checking your file, material, and print time.
After your order, you will receive a non-binding quote by e-mail. The order will only become binding after your confirmation.

Terms and Conditions of Use – 3D Printing Service
1. Scope of Application
These terms of use apply to all orders placed within the 3D printing service of 3DHomeLab.ch.
2. Service Description
3DHomeLab offers the production of 3D printed parts based on digital files provided by the customer (e.g., STL, 3MF, STEP).
Production will only commence after individual review of the file and acceptance of an offer by the customer.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
An order placed through the online shop constitutes a non-binding inquiry.
After reviewing the uploaded file, the customer will receive a non-binding offer via email.
A binding contract is only concluded when the customer confirms the offer.
4. Prices
Prices are calculated individually based on:
- Material consumption
- Printing time
- Component complexity
The price displayed in the shop is not a final price.
5. Customer Obligations / Copyright
By uploading a file, the customer confirms:
- that they possess all necessary rights to the file
- that no copyrights, trademark rights, or other third-party rights are infringed
- that the file does not violate applicable law
The customer bears sole responsibility for the content of the uploaded files.
6. Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to upload files or have products manufactured that:
- violate applicable law
- represent weapons or weapon-like objects
- are dangerous or safety-relevant components without appropriate approval
- contain discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content
3DHomeLab reserves the right to refuse or delete such orders.
7. Disclaimer for Content
3DHomeLab does not review uploaded files for legal admissibility or technical functionality.
Liability for infringements of copyrights or other intellectual property rights is excluded.
8. Product Liability and Use
The manufactured components are not certified and are produced without guarantee for a specific use.
The customer is responsible for:
- assessing suitability
- safe use
- compliance with standards and regulations
Use is at the customer's own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 3DHomeLab's liability is excluded.
In particular, no liability is assumed for:
- indirect damages
- consequential damages
- loss of profit
- damages due to improper use
Liability is in any case limited to the order value.
10. Material and Manufacturing Notes
3D printed parts may:
- exhibit visible layer lines
- have slight dimensional deviations
- show material-specific properties
These do not constitute a defect.
11. Warranty
Since these are individually manufactured products, returns and exchanges are generally excluded, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
12. Data and Files
The files uploaded by the customer will be used exclusively for order processing.
3DHomeLab assumes no liability for data loss or corrupted files.
Archiving of files is not guaranteed.
13. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made according to the shipping conditions specified in the shop.
The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping service provider.
